Championship Coaching was born where grit meets genius — at the Missouri University of Science and Technology. What began as a bond between teammates chasing records on the track has evolved into a national coaching system helping athletes and programs reach their highest potential.

Our founders were more than competitors; they were students of both sport and science. While earning degrees in Petroleum Engineering — one of the most rigorous programs in the country — they were simultaneously breaking school records, earning conference titles, and leading their teams to championships. That combination of analytical discipline and athletic intensity became the foundation of everything we do.
